Personal Discretion Time (PDT) Article 24

Every employee's PDT renews on June 1 st of each year. Employees who do not use any PDT during their 12 month time period will be eligible for additional PTO Sell Back.

Longevity pay shall be based on seniority as of June 30 th . It will be computed as a percentage of your gross earnings not to exceed

$11,000 in calendar year 2003 $11,500 in calendar year 2004

Seniority in Years

6 or more, but less than 10 yrs. 2%
10 or more, but less than 14 yrs. 3%
14 or more, but less than 18 yrs. 4%
18 or more, but less than 22 yrs. 5%
22 or more, but less than 26 yrs. 6%
26 or more yrs. 8%

Pay to an eligible employee shall be paid no later than July 31st.
